General Terms

Account Verification

kkfbb follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) policy. Before processing any withdrawal, or whenever we deem it necessary, we may request the following documents:

• Proof of ownership of the payment method used

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. By claiming this bonus, you agree to the following conditions:

• Wagering requirement: 25x (bonus plus deposit amount)
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering is complete
• Each user is eligible for the welcome bonus only once
• A specific time limit may apply for completing the bonus conditions

5.2 VIP Program

kkfbb's VIP program has 5 tiers. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

VIP tier is determined based on your regular gaming activity. Active and consistent participation is required to move from one tier to the next.

5.3 Promotional Abuse

If misuse of any bonus or promotion is detected — including multiple accounts, bonus arbitrage, or any attempt to exploit the system — the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited and the account may be closed.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

Once kkfbb accepts a bet, it is considered final. However, a bet may be cancelled or reviewed in the following cases:

• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error
• If an event is cancelled or postponed and not rescheduled
• If evidence of match fixing or fraud is found
• In the case of a clear data error

6.2 Game Results

All game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer method. kkfbb follows a fair play policy to ensure impartiality and transparency. If you have a dispute about any game result, contact us within 72 hours.

6.3 Maximum Bet Limits
